Stand Up Paddle boarding is a exciting adventure watersport that is fun for all ages and abilities. It's a great social sport to learn with friends, work colleagues, family and even ventre out on your own. It is an incredible full body work out! It really is amazing for your ‘core’ strength balancing and learning new techniques working muscles you've not used for ages! All this while enjoying the natural splendor of paddling and floating on water. There is no better place to learn in North Wales. Our Club in Rhyl is right on the beach with amazing facilities and hot showers for after your session. 

It is relatively easy if taught in suitable conditions so we always try to teach you in calm water first. You will always be notified in 3-5 days via email before your lesson the weather conditions, avoiding a difficult and disappointing first session.

Your first lesson will get you to grips with all the equipment showing you how the board and paddle can open up a truly versatile watersport, while exploring the coastline or inland waterways. Its all about Standing up on the boards, falling in, getting back up and having loads of fun!
