Description
We’ve engineered our fastest, most reactive version of the iconic Orbit thinner and lighter, for extreme boosting and looping in a wider range. The higher stiffness/modulus Aluula material has enabled us to reduce the diameter of the LE and struts, for a faster, more forward flying kite, with a more direct feel and even greater efficiency. Available in competition ready core sizes for overpowered airs, choose the Orbit Ultra for executional top-end control and performance you can rely on.
AlUULA
We’ve chosen Aluula, an extremely light, strong and durable composite material to add extra rigidity to the Orbit Ultra’s inflated structures. UV-resistant outer film is sustainably bonded to the ultra-strong high-modulus ALUULA Core material. The resulting lamination produces a high-performance non-permeable fabric with an unparalleled strength-to-weight ratio.

- 15x Stronger than Dacron when new, and more than 35x Stronger after the same UV exposure.
- Extremely High modulus, for unsurpassed rigidity in inflated structures.
The increased rigidity of Aluula means the LE and struts can be smaller in diameter. The thinner airframe retains the same torsional flexibility as traditional Dacron with improved shape hold in extreme conditions.
