Now for the nitty gritty details…
Your PhysicalTicket will be sent via post to your chosen delivery address, this will then be exchanged for a Beach Fest Wristband on the day of the event so please bring your Physical Tickets with you for our incredible staff to process. This wristband must be worn at all times for the duration of the event - you may be asked to leave if you are not wearing a wristband.
We will be running the same process as previous years in regards to camping chairs/portable seating. We are happy for our customers to bring their own seating along (we do have seating currently but they will be on a first come first serve basis) and if you are wanting to leave your property with us to collect at a later date we will be more than happy to accommodate this request. Please place tags on all chairs with your details as we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage that may arise with storage of said seating.
You will be allowed to leave and re-enter the site throughout the day at your pleasure.
This is an outdoor event so please bring suitable clothing and footwear.
Please respect our site and use the bins provided, Fires will not be permitted in any area and anyone found to be doing so will be removed and fires extinguished.
Also we ask not for members of the public to involve themselves in dangerous situations, but instead to report these issues to the security staff.
If you have any disabled access requirements, please email info@prokitesurfing.co.uk as far as possible in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, though the site is already disabled access friendly we cannot guarantee that you will be able to access all facilities. If you turn up without making prior arrangements it is more likely that you will not be able to access all facilities.
