We are fast and very efficient with all parcels will leave us within 24 hours. If there is any delay with your order you will be notified the same day of your purchase. Most parcels will be delivered via Parcel Force, UPS, and DPD which guarantee next day delivery. All items will be on a must signed for basis and delivered between 07.00 to 18.00.
PKS Watersports endeavour to supply only the highest quality products. If you are unhappy with the product all purchases are covered by our 14-day exchange or refund promise. All returns cannot be in a used state otherwise you refund will be rejected.
Our return process is simple and easy please follow the steps outlined below.
Step 1: Fill out our returns form explaining your reasons.
Step 2: Securely wrap your parcel with your returns form enclosed.
Step 3: Return your item with a reputable courier service that can supply you with a tracking postage certificate.
A full refund or, if preferred, exchange of equal value is guaranteed for customers returning products within 14 days of delivery. This guarantee is for all customers returning unopened or damaged products. If any exchange or refund is required then you should return the item to us, ensuring a copy of an email or confirmation receipt in in your returned parcel.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your purchase within the 14 days of the purchase date and request a refund. PKS Water sports do not accept the responsibility for any lost returned parcel, nor will we be responsible for any postal return charges. If we feel after the item has been returned its been miss used or damaged we have the right to cancel your refund or exchange.
Returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition in the original packing. Making sure your reasons for return form in completed correctly. If you’re not sure simply call one of our friendly team members were always here to help you. Finally, your PayPal payment will be only refunded to the same purchased account within 21 days of your purchase.

All Customer Protection Act
We are a retail business where you can touch and feel or products. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2015 provide a cooling off period and an unconditional right to cancel during that period. The purpose of the cooling off period is to allow the consumer the opportunity they would have had in our conventional shop to examine the goods before deciding to buy.
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have the legal to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described and get a full refund – as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you buy your product. After 30 days you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if your item develops a fault, although some sellers may offer you an extended refund period.
The cooling off period begins as soon as the order has been made and ends fourteen working days after the day of receipt of the goods. The Regulations require the consumer to send a notice of cancellation in writing, including fax or e-mail – a telephone call is not enough.
